This recipe is super easy to prepare and can be made poolside, at a campfire or at home. Before mealtime, go on an adventure with your kids to the grocery store to select the best watermelon out of the bunch and play a guessing game of how much it weighs! Though optional, we suggest chilling the watermelon in advance and slicing it just before eaten to help deliver the crunchiest texture. 1/2 watermelon rind removed and cut into long fry-like shapes
Mild chili powder (to taste)
1 cup yogurt
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp of honey
In a bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice and zest and honey. Set aside.
On a plate, scatter watermelon fries and sprinkle with some chili powder
