Green Goddess Dressing

As the star of the show in one of our new snack items "Veggie Party" this Green Goddess dressing is sure to please both kids and adults alike. If you ever get tired of hummus or pesto, this easy-to-make dip is the perfect alternative to switch up your snack rotation. You simply combine greens like basil and parsley with a few other ingredients like garbanzo beans, garlic, and sour cream to get a deliciously addicting dip. Our recommendation is to slice up fresh veggies like peppers, cucumbers, and cabbage and enjoy!

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups garbanzo beans
  • 6 oz basil
  • 6 oz parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic into small pieces and carefully wash the fresh basil and parsley.

  2. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix together until smooth. Dependent on the color you might want to add more parsley and basil to brighten the dip up. Enjoy!
