- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 large tomatoes - chopped
- 1 small fresh onion, minced
- 1 large red/orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1 or 2 tbs. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Chop, peel, dice all necessary ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Enjoy with corn or tortilla chips!
