Fruits are  a nutritious alternative to processed sweets  and  provide  your body with essential vitamins and minerals that are lacking in  prepackaged  cookies and doughnuts. This fruit and yogurt parfait recipe  makes eating healthy feel like a treat and  can be safely prepared with  children. Incorporate  blueberries, peaches, strawberries or whichever fruit is fresh and in season in your area. Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits


Serves 4-6

  • 3 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons good honey or agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups prepared granola
  • Your favorite fruits, chopped


  1. Combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a cup or bowl, layer spoonfuls of yogurt with your favorite fruits and granola. Enjoy!
