All Natural Products works with New York area based suppliers like Davidovich Bagels for their bagels. All Natural Products supplies Red Rabbit with whole wheat rolls, baguettes, sliced bread, and buns. All Natural Products believe in serving only wholesome and nutritious products, so they rely on premium ingredients, with no additives or preservatives.

Gerbers PoultryGerbers Poultry

Gerber’s Poultry, located in the heart of Ohio’s Amish country, supplies Red Rabbit with Amish chicken. Gerber poultry is free of antibiotics, by-products, gluten and hormones and chickens are raised on a diet of all vegetarian feed. They produce and process their antibiotic–free chicken on Amish family farms. Gerber Poultry is a family run business that began in 1952 in the Akron, Ohio area.

 


Hudson Valley HarvestHudson Valley Harvest

Hudson Valley Harvest, located in the Hudson Valley region of New York, provides the New York area with fresh meats and produce and supplies Red Rabbit with beef patties.

Hudson Valley Harvest sources its poultry and beef from a collection of small scale sustainable farms. They believe in keeping a product close to its source, and do so by keeping it local, with a minimal amount of processing.

All cattle herds are pasture based with no preventative antibiotics or appetite stimulants. Hudson Valley Harvest does not use feedlot type infrastructure in raising or finishing cattle.


 

New York Pretzels

New York Pretzels has been baking soft pretzels in Brooklyn for more than 75 years and of all their products are hand twisted, not machine extruded like most. They provide Red Rabbit with whole wheat soft pretzels baked fresh the night before delivery to maximize flavor and consistency.


New York Pretzels uses only the best quality flour purchased from well recognized flour mills and the plant has received excellent reviews from a number of food inspection companies. They bake, freeze and ship nationwide, through a myriad of food service and retail distributors.

Niman Ranch and its U.S.-based farmers are dedicated to raising livestock traditionally, humanely and sustainably. Niman Ranch has a strong set of raising protocols, developed with the help of an animal welfare expert and are one of the strictest in the industry.  Niman Ranch supplies Red Rabbit with ground beef.


Niman Ranch raises livestock and takes pride in the fact that they have one of the highest animal care practices in the industry. All of their meats are antibiotic and hormone-free and raised in a sustainable environment.  Niman Ranch works with the largest network of sustainable U.S. family farmers and ranchers, all of their animals are raised outdoors or in deeply bedded pens. 


 

Rony Brook DairyRonnybrook Farm Dairy

Ronnybrook Farm Dairy, located in Ancramdale, NY is a local family farm that supplies Red Rabbit with milk. All farming methods meet the highest standards and are often considered ‘better than organic’. Ronnybrook always uses comfortable stall barns with individual cow mattresses and always provides access to pasture or outdoor exercise every day. The farm never uses large confinement barns, never has cows spend 24 hours a day on concrete paddocks, and never injects cows with rBST.  These high quality dairy products include yogurt, creamline milk, ice cream, butter, cheese, and cheese spreads.

Winter Sun Farms, based in New Paltz, New York has operations in Hudson Valley & New York City; Ashville, North Carolina; Binghamton, New York; Greater Philadelphia and Rochester, New York. Winter Sun Farms supplies Red Rabbit with freshly frozen broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, and cut corn.


Winter Sun Farms partners with local farms in each location to supply frozen and canned produce all winter long. Vegetables and berries are picked and harvested in their peak season and frozen immediately for freshness. In addition to providing companies like Red Rabbit with produce during the winter months, they also distribute produce through a CSA (community supported agriculture) where members pay in advance for a “winter portion”, and they are guaranteed a certain share of fresh produce each month. Winter Sun Farms strives to create a more regional, fair, and sustainable food system by building relationships with local sustainable farms.
