Led by Red Rabbit specialists, these Learning Labs are easily incorporated into professional development programs. Educators are given resource handouts and tools to develop cooking and gardening programs that can be integrated into their classroom lessons and help them become leaders in the healthy school food movement in their communities.

Garden Start-Ups
Seeing vegetables grow from seeds is essential to getting kids excited about establishing healthy food habits and lifestyles. That’s why we facilitate the sourcing, planning and installation of a school garden for our school partners, whether the space is big or small, in a yard, on a rooftop, deck or window sill.

Red Rabbit garden instructors can also provide schools a list of appropriate grant recommendations, assistance with establishing garden committees and resources for educators on how to use the school garden as a classroom.
