Winter Menu Features

It's cold out and the days are shorter but rest assured there are definitely some positives that come with the winter season - new winter menu items!  We love to hear how the kids are enjoying the food and we're open to your feedback after they've tried each item a couple of times!

Greek Burger -  Our classic Red Rabbit burgers are a huge hit with all of our kids so we created tzatzikia new version with a twist. We season these burgers with simple spices including oregano, salt and pepper and then we pair it with whole wheat buns, homemade tzatziki sauce, and a side of our (also new) red skinned potatoes.

Made with apples, raisins, and cinnamon, this new flavor has the aroma of a fresh-baked apple pie. The bagels are hand rolled and will be be served with butter for breakfast in the morning.

Mediterranean Red Potatoes - All it takes is a couple simple, fresh ingredients to make for a Screenshot 2019-01-02 at 4.43.35 PMscrumptious side dish. First, we thinly slice red skinned potatoes and then toss them in a bowl with fresh thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh parsley. We make sure they are all covered so there is no potato unseasoned and then, they go in the oven and roast. With a little crisp, we pack them up and send them out to your kids to be enjoyed alongside our new Greek Turkey Burger.

Cheesy Focaccia With fresh bread sourced from one of our premiere partners, we melt cheese right onto Hot Bread Kitchen's Focaccia Bread to create a delicious alternative to pizza! There are just a few ingredients in the bread including flour, water, salt, yeast, and olive oil.  It gets even better - we accompany this with marinara sauce for dipping fun.

lemon-ricotta-muffins-half-2Lemon Muffins  Joining the ranks of pumpkin, cranberry apple, apple cinnamon, and berry just to name a few. We've refined our recipe and added fresh squeezed lemon juice right into our batter. This will help with providing the extra dose of Vitamin C to rid off any colds this winter season!
