New Menu Additions for Spring!

Whether it's joining the Meatless Monday movement or choosing to go vegetarian any other day of the week, our team at Red Rabbit knows that eating more plant-based meals is a nutritious and delicious way to try new things. This season, we're bringing some exciting favorites to the table. Let us know what you think!

egg salad.jpgRed Rabbit Homemade Egg Salad - Our creamy combination of whole hard boiled eggs and mayonnaise is a classic Red Rabbit take on an American favorite! Served alongside our locally baked Hot Bread Kitchen Whole Wheat Parker House Roll, kids will enjoy making their own egg salad sandwiches, with some extra veggies on the side.

Tofu and Egg Fried Rice - Our tofu fried rice packs a powerful punch of protein in every bite. Eggs, tofu and veggies are lightly sauteed to bring flavor and dimension to our asian style Red Rabbit Fried Rice! (No sesame or peanut oil involved).

Eggplant Parmasan - Back by popular demand, fresh eggplant is first thinly sliced and breaded by hand. It's then baked in our ovens till crispy, and layered with Red Rabbit's own delicious tomato sauce in between.  And yes, there is plenty of melted mozzarella cheese in the middle. Don't let the eggplant decieve you, your kids are going to love it.
