Stefani Skidell MS, RD
As clinical nutrition manager at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Stefani Skidell, MS, RD, is a nutrition expert with a wealth of knowledge and experience in children’s health. She has organized and chaired nutrition committees, and delivered numerous lectures and symposia on preventing and controlling childhood obesity. Stefani is a member of the American Dietetic Association. Her articles have appeared in a variety of publications—most recently in Arthritis Today magazine.

Melissa Soriano MD
Melissa Soriano, MD, is a pediatrician in New York City. She works with mentally and physically disabled children, and also serves as a medical investigator for laser therapy treatment for smoking cessation and weight loss. Melissa spent years teaching a physical diagnosis class at the New York School of Pediatric Medicine and tutored inner-city students on her own time. Her genuine care for children is the driving force in her work with Red Rabbit to create healthy dietary habits during early childhood.

Heather Weinstock, MS, RD, CDN
Heather Weinstock, MS, RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian in the state of New York and a certified dietitian nutritionist. She has worked at Equinox Fitness Clubs and Beth Israel Medical Center, where she designed and implemented the nutrition program for Beth Israel Cancer Center. Heather has a thriving private practice and frequently lectures to various organizations on every aspect of nutrition and disease. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in nutrition from New York University.
